We’re able to capture weak signals and we’re experts when it comes to acutely understanding needs, expectations, frustrations, things not said, aspirations, or other levers of attachment and commitment for men and women.
We translate weak signals into concrete issues, as vectors of change for organizations, and we help you and your teams deal with them.
As we always will, we start from observation, understanding, and the words of targeted groups to pull the lines toward another way and wager for tomorrow. That’s where we get our legitimacy, our credibility, and our expertise.
Listening is a holistic approach for us. We ask all the parties questions to ferret out the organization’s problems.

We work on the human dimension of the business model to help organizations pivot.
We examine the ecosystem as a whole to unravel problems at the right level:
- Culture: intangibles, unofficial methods of operation, things not said, values in practice, and behaviors
- Structure: organizational model and processes
- Human resources and societal model: managerial model, HR model, and career path management
- Leadership: attitude and leadership style
- Governance: how decision-making is structured at the top.
Becoming accountable to get back in gear
In each of the approaches we use, we’re committed to speaking for collaborators and representing their ideas and energy to trigger a viral transformation where they are the prime players.
Ultimately, it’s men and women who transform organizations, not organizations that transform men and women.
Transformation is an opportunity to put collaborators front and center in their responsibilities, involve them in the approach committed to, and bring about changes without risking inaction, rejection, or backtracking.
We don’t use – and we never will – a ready-made methodology. We offer each company a custom-made system, adapted to the company’s culture, the features specific to it, and the challenges it faces.
