03 - The Boson Space
Spaces aren’t our end purpose. We’re not space developers or architects. We’re interpreters and narrators in the space that consists of challenges and the human dynamics of transformation.Read more
What we believe
Transformations are long, conceptual processes. That’s why we’re committed to making them more tangible by rooting them in the walls. To organizational problems, we bring human and spatial solutions for a sustainable transformation.
We believe workspaces are a powerful lever of commitment for people and they help trigger the transformation drive.
Our Modus Operandi
The analysis we perform is based on listening systems and immersions in the daily life of collaborators to canvass the needs, practices, and aspirations of the groups involved. This behavioral observation provides the working assumptions we test on a small scale in the existing space. Once our diagnostic is complete, we consolidate stepped up specifications intended for architects. The resulting booklet of recommendations, which is both spatial and ritualistic, is designed to help real estate developers – promoters, architects, prime contractors, and designers – with workspace design.
Our final product isn’t a plan. It’s an insider, sustained transformation drive in the form of spaces that make sense to collaborators.
We support companies from different backgrounds and sectors to translate their transformation issues into space.
In addition to space challenges, we assist organizations with their human, managerial, structural, and cultural transformations.
Le Télégramme - Et si on s'engageait au travail ?
